Ingredients:
- 36 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Standard Oreo size, approx 405g)
- 8 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 16 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 0.25 tsp Red Oil-Based Food Coloring
- 0.25 tsp Blue Oil-Based Food Coloring
- 2 tbsp Festive red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions:
- Pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until they reach a uniform, fine-crumb consistency.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract with a mixer until smooth and aerated.
- Gradually fold the cookie crumbs into the cream cheese mixture until a dark, cohesive dough forms.
- Scoop 1-tablespoon portions of the dough and roll them between your palms into smooth spheres. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flash-freeze the rolled centers for 15 to 60 minutes. This ensures the chocolate coating sets instantly and prevents crumbs from bleeding into the white chocolate.
- Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package instructions. Divide a small portion into two bowls and tint one red and one blue using oil-based food coloring.
- Using a dipping tool or fork, submerge each chilled sphere into the white chocolate. Tap off excess and return to the parchment paper.
- Immediately garnish with festive sprinkles or a drizzle of the colored red and blue chocolate before the coating hardens.
