Ingredients:

  • 36 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Standard Oreo size, approx 405g)
  • 8 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 16 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 0.25 tsp Red Oil-Based Food Coloring
  • 0.25 tsp Blue Oil-Based Food Coloring
  • 2 tbsp Festive red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until they reach a uniform, fine-crumb consistency.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract with a mixer until smooth and aerated.
  3. Gradually fold the cookie crumbs into the cream cheese mixture until a dark, cohesive dough forms.
  4. Scoop 1-tablespoon portions of the dough and roll them between your palms into smooth spheres. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flash-freeze the rolled centers for 15 to 60 minutes. This ensures the chocolate coating sets instantly and prevents crumbs from bleeding into the white chocolate.
  6. Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package instructions. Divide a small portion into two bowls and tint one red and one blue using oil-based food coloring.
  7. Using a dipping tool or fork, submerge each chilled sphere into the white chocolate. Tap off excess and return to the parchment paper.
  8. Immediately garnish with festive sprinkles or a drizzle of the colored red and blue chocolate before the coating hardens.
