Ingredients:

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Celery, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Red onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 slices Keto-friendly bread
  • 2 slices Sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork. Mix in the avocado oil mayo, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder until creamy but firm.
  2. Place the keto bread slices into the air fryer basket. Lay one slice of cheddar cheese directly onto each piece of bread to create a moisture barrier.
  3. Scoop the tuna mixture onto the cheese-covered bread slices, spreading evenly to the edges.
  4. Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 5 to 7 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
