Ingredients:
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Celery, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Red onion, minced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 slices Keto-friendly bread
- 2 slices Sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork. Mix in the avocado oil mayo, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder until creamy but firm.
- Place the keto bread slices into the air fryer basket. Lay one slice of cheddar cheese directly onto each piece of bread to create a moisture barrier.
- Scoop the tuna mixture onto the cheese-covered bread slices, spreading evenly to the edges.
- Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 5 to 7 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
