Ingredients:
- 2 cans (12.5 oz each) chunk chicken breast, thoroughly drained
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended for smoothness
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is a uniform orange color.
- Fold in the drained canned chicken and blended cottage cheese until the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce.
- Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped green onions before serving.
