Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (12.5 oz each) chunk chicken breast, thoroughly drained
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended for smoothness
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is a uniform orange color.
  2. Fold in the drained canned chicken and blended cottage cheese until the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce.
  3. Spread the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped green onions before serving.
