Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Liters 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 1 Liter pomegranate juice
  • 250 ml fresh orange juice, strained
  • 120 ml simple syrup
  • 1.5 Liters sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • 500 ml club soda, chilled
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries, frozen
  • 2 large oranges, sliced into thin wheels
  • 8-10 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

  1. In a large glass punch bowl or pitcher, combine the unsweetened cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, strained orange juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Stir the mixture vigorously with a stainless steel spoon until the simple syrup is fully integrated into the juice base.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to ensure the liquid reaches a temperature of 38°F (3°C) for optimal carbonation retention.
  4. Immediately before serving, slowly pour in the chilled sparkling apple cider and club soda to create a staggered fizz.
  5. Add the frozen ice ring (if using), then float the frozen cranberries, orange wheels, and rosemary sprigs on the surface as aromatic rafts.
