Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) cooked chicken breast, diced
- 0.5 cup (60g) cooked bacon, chopped
- 1.5 cups (170g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup (25g) green onions, sliced
- 0.5 cup (120ml) creamy Caesar dressing
- 1 lb (454g) pizza dough, room temperature
- 0.25 cup (60ml) creamy Caesar dressing, for brushing
- 0.25 cup (25g) parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced chicken, bacon bits, shredded mozzarella, green onions, and 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
- On a lightly floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a 7x10 inch rectangle.
- Distribute the filling evenly among the four rectangles. Fold the short ends over the filling and roll tightly like a burrito, sealing the seams.
- Place bakes seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops and sides with the remaining 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until the crust is deep golden brown and the cheese topping is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set.
