Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Brie or Camembert
  • 6 oz Sharp Cheddar, cubed
  • 6 oz Goat cheese rolled in dried cranberries
  • 4 oz Prosciutto, folded into ribbons
  • 4 oz Salami, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
  • 8 oz baby carrots, peeled
  • 4 oz almonds or pistachios
  • 150g multi-grain crackers
  • 1 baguette (250g), sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate eggs
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint or parsley
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup honey or jam dip

Instructions:

  1. Place ramekins on the board in a triangular pattern. Fill them with olives, nuts, and a honey or jam dip to serve as structural anchors.
  2. Position the larger cheese wheels (Brie and Goat cheese) near the anchor bowls. Fold prosciutto into loose ribbons and arrange salami in a tight, overlapping S-curve river winding between the cheeses.
  3. Arrange crackers and baguette slices in a curving path following the line of the meats. Tuck grape clusters and halved strawberries into the larger gaps.
  4. Fill all remaining spaces with snap peas, baby carrots, and dried apricots. Finish by scattering milk chocolate eggs and mini marshmallows across the board and garnishing with fresh mint or parsley.
