Ingredients:
- 5 ounces Premium Vodka
- 5 ounces Unsweetened Pineapple Juice (100% juice)
- 5 ounce Chambord (Black Raspberry Liqueur)
- 3 fresh raspberries (for garnish)
- Plenty of fresh Ice
Instructions:
- Chill the Glass: Place your martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least five minutes, or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink. Just before pouring, remove the glass or empty the water/ice.
- Measure and Combine: Use a jigger to accurately measure the 1.5 oz Premium Vodka, 1.5 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice, and 0.5 oz Chambord. Pour all three liquid ingredients into your cocktail shaker.
- Shake the Cocktail: Fill the shaker two-thirds full with fresh, cold ice. Seal the shaker firmly and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. The vigorous shaking is essential to chill the mixture rapidly and create the signature froth from the pineapple juice.
- Strain and Serve: Double-strain the mixture immediately into the prepared, chilled glass. Use a fine-mesh strainer to catch any ice shards or pulp, ensuring a smooth, silky finish.
- Garnish: Carefully drop three fresh raspberries onto the surface of the drink. Serve immediately.
