Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Using a sharp serrated knife, slice each mini bagel into uniform 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, sea salt, and smoked paprika until the spices are fully emulsified.
  3. Add the bagel slices to the bowl. Use a folding motion with a spatula or your hands to ensure the oil mixture permeates the crumb of every slice.
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring no overlap.
