Ingredients:

  • 2 medium (300g) Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) dried apricots, halved
  • 1 cup (140g) red grapes
  • 6 oz (170g) dark chocolate (70% cocoa), broken into rustic chunks
  • 1 cup (120g) chocolate coins
  • 1 cup (150g) mini pretzels, drizzled with dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup (60g) dark chocolate-covered almonds
  • 1 cup (130g) roasted pumpkin seeds, lightly salted
  • 1 cup (100g) orange-colored puffed corn
  • 8 oz (225g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Slice the Granny Smith apples into uniform wedges and toss them with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to maintain color and prevent oxidation.
  2. Prepare the Spooky Dip by whisking together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Place the dip and the roasted pumpkin seeds in small ceramic bowls and position them on the board as 'anchors'.
  4. Arrange the sliced apples, blackberries, raspberries, dried apricots, and grapes around the bowls.
  5. Fill the remaining gaps with dark chocolate chunks, chocolate coins, chocolate-drizzled pretzels, chocolate-covered almonds, puffed corn, and mini marshmallows.
