- 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup (75g) dried apricots, halved
- 1 cup (140g) red grapes
- 6 oz (170g) dark chocolate (70% cocoa), broken into rustic chunks
- 1 cup (120g) chocolate coins
- 1 cup (150g) mini pretzels, drizzled with dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup (60g) dark chocolate-covered almonds
- 1 cup (130g) roasted pumpkin seeds, lightly salted
- 1 cup (100g) orange-colored puffed corn
- 8 oz (225g) mini marshmallows
- 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cinnamon
Instructions:
- Slice the Granny Smith apples into uniform wedges and toss them with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to maintain color and prevent oxidation.
- Prepare the Spooky Dip by whisking together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth.
- Place the dip and the roasted pumpkin seeds in small ceramic bowls and position them on the board as 'anchors'.
- Arrange the sliced apples, blackberries, raspberries, dried apricots, and grapes around the bowls.
- Fill the remaining gaps with dark chocolate chunks, chocolate coins, chocolate-drizzled pretzels, chocolate-covered almonds, puffed corn, and mini marshmallows.
