Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups (60g) fresh baby spinach, packed
- 1 medium frozen banana, broken into chunks (approx. 120g)
- 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mango
- 1 tbsp (16g) natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Add the almond milk and fresh baby spinach to the blender. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is a consistent, bright green liquid with no visible leaf fragments.
- Add the frozen banana chunks, frozen mango, peanut butter, chia seeds, and cinnamon to the blender.
- Start the blender on low and quickly increase to high. Blend for 60 seconds or until the mixture looks glossy and moves in a smooth vortex. Add extra almond milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
