Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla whey or casein protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and protein powder into the Mason jar.
- Pour in the milk and Greek yogurt. Add the maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
- Seal the jar tightly with the lid and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds to emulsify the mixture, or stir with a whisk until uniform.
- Refrigerate the jar for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and seeds to expand.
- Remove from the fridge. Check consistency and stir in a splash of milk if too thick.
- Spoon the peanut butter onto the surface of the oats and swirl it into the mixture just before serving.
