Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, slightly cooled
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp liquid monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Fill a 16 oz glass to the brim with ice cubes. Pour the brewed coffee or espresso shots over the ice and stir rapidly for 10 seconds to flash-chill.
  2. In a small mason jar or using a handheld frother, combine heavy whipping cream, MCT oil, vanilla extract, liquid monk fruit, and sea salt. Shake vigorously or froth for 15-30 seconds until a thick, aerated foam forms.
  3. Slowly pour the vanilla cream foam over the back of a spoon onto the chilled coffee to create a marbling effect. Stir gently before serving.
