Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, slightly cooled
- 1.5 cups ice cubes
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp liquid monk fruit sweetener
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Fill a 16 oz glass to the brim with ice cubes. Pour the brewed coffee or espresso shots over the ice and stir rapidly for 10 seconds to flash-chill.
- In a small mason jar or using a handheld frother, combine heavy whipping cream, MCT oil, vanilla extract, liquid monk fruit, and sea salt. Shake vigorously or froth for 15-30 seconds until a thick, aerated foam forms.
- Slowly pour the vanilla cream foam over the back of a spoon onto the chilled coffee to create a marbling effect. Stir gently before serving.
