Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Gala or Fuji apples, peeled, cored, and cubed (approx. 300g)
  • 1 small zucchini, trimmed, partially peeled, and diced (approx. 150g)
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered (approx. 140g)

Instructions:

  1. Place the cubed apples and diced zucchini into a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for 7–8 minutes until fork-tender and the zucchini is translucent.
  2. Transfer the hot steamed apples and zucchini directly into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Add the raw kiwi quarters to the blender. The residual heat will soften the kiwi without destroying delicate Vitamin C.
  4. Pulse until the mixture breaks down, then blend on high for 30–45 seconds until a velvety, smooth texture is achieved.
