Ingredients:
- 2 medium Gala or Fuji apples, peeled, cored, and cubed (approx. 300g)
- 1 small zucchini, trimmed, partially peeled, and diced (approx. 150g)
- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered (approx. 140g)
Instructions:
- Place the cubed apples and diced zucchini into a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for 7–8 minutes until fork-tender and the zucchini is translucent.
- Transfer the hot steamed apples and zucchini directly into a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Add the raw kiwi quarters to the blender. The residual heat will soften the kiwi without destroying delicate Vitamin C.
- Pulse until the mixture breaks down, then blend on high for 30–45 seconds until a velvety, smooth texture is achieved.
