Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the chilled sweetened condensed milk into a medium bowl. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until fully combined.
  2. Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a chilled mixing bowl and beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula.
  4. Pour the condensed milk mixture back into the remaining whipped cream and gently fold until no white streaks remain and the mixture is a uniform ivory color.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, smoothing the top. Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface and freeze for at least 6 hours.
