Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Pour the chilled sweetened condensed milk into a medium bowl. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until fully combined.
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a chilled mixing bowl and beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula.
- Pour the condensed milk mixture back into the remaining whipped cream and gently fold until no white streaks remain and the mixture is a uniform ivory color.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, smoothing the top. Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface and freeze for at least 6 hours.
