Instructions:

  1. Combine the Rolled Oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a glass jar or meal prep container.
  2. Stir vigorously for 30–60 seconds, ensuring that the chia seeds are fully dispersed and that no dry ingredients remain stuck to the bottom of the container. This prevents clumping and ensures uniform texture.
  3. Seal the jar or container and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to hydrate for a minimum of 8 hours, or up to 12 hours, for the best, creamiest texture.
  4. Serve cold directly from the refrigerator. If desired, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency, and incorporate toppings like fruit or nuts before consuming.
