Ingredients:

  • 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk
  • 4 oz (113 g) softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (14.3 oz / 405 g) Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz / 227 g) gummy worms
  • 1 package (8 oz / 227 g) candy pumpkins
  • 8 Oreo cookies

Instructions:

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually whisk in the chocolate pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until the color is a uniform mahogany-brown and the texture is airy.
  3. Place the Oreo cookies inside a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks.
  4. Spoon a layer of pudding into the bottom of each 10-oz cup. Sprinkle a generous layer of Oreo crumbs over the pudding, pressing down lightly with a spoon.
  5. Repeat the pudding and cookie layers until the cup is nearly full, finishing with a thick layer of Oreo crumbs on top.
  6. Pipe small dollops of whipped topping to look like ghosts, insert gummy worms, place one Oreo cookie upright as a tombstone, and scatter candy pumpkins around the perimeter.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
